Vespers

Good quality, similar to using the Liber Usualis.

Delivery was fast and good. This book has a very nice cover, and the pages are nice to the touch. The font is elegant, although slightly on the small side. I liked the introduction, and I appreciate the English translation. However I do find the repetition of the first verse of the psalm when it is part of the antiphon (such as the Dixit Dominus for Sunday Vespers) to be confusing, and I recall it causing problems in actual liturgical context, with a different book. The biggest issue I have with this book (and this is an issue that the Liber Usualis suffers from as well), is that for major feasts, such as Christ the King and the Immaculate Conception, one has to flip back to the final pages for the psalms, rather than placing them with their antiphons on the same page. This is rather inconvenient, especially since there are only two ribbons. Overall, this is a nice option if you don't want to use the heavy Liber Usualis or a paper booklet. It would be nice however to have a few more ribbons and/or repeat the psalms for I Class Feasts.

Could use some improvements

The book is built well and looks really nice. The psalms are taken from the Douay Rheims (the only Catholic translation of the Bible in English) Unfortunately, the introduction was copied and pasted from the Compline book and has some obviously wrong information that was meant for the Compline booklet. The guidance for which page to turn to and how to pray Vespers is definitely lacking. If you are not familiar with how to pray Vespers already, than this book will be hard to follow without having some sort of supplement. The Compline booklet had nice short "prayer figures" at the head of each psalm. It would be nice if this was carried over into the Vespers book.
