The customer service could not be better. I’ve never dealt with a company with greater customer service. I recommend anyone doing work with products they sell to use this company above all others.

Products are great but the personalized customer service is refreshingly amazing. The phone is answered by a human who works there and knows the products. No menu options to choose from, no AI chat bots. I’m sold on the company & will continue using their products in a my future projecfs

The tool for the job

The spiral down bit is perfect for the job cuts clean sharp edges but i have just i issue. When watching the how to video he had said to do the edges first to avoid going over them again to ensure a good snug fit for the inlay, but in my attempts the cutrings seemed to fill the voided area and i couldn't get all the way around without stopping and using my small vaccume removing the debris and then finishing the cut. I guess ill need to get a dust removal accessory for my router. The inlays came out perfectly reguardless.
