Caroline C staff were friendly, communicated well and were timely in creating my personalised piece. The ceramic heart was beautifilly made and presented. My only feedback is that I would have preferred all names on the piece to be capitalised, rather than some beginning with lower case letters. I did not realise that it needed to be stated when purchasing. Otherwise, it was perfect!
