Purchased a gift card on line… didn’t realize it was an e-card… called to see if I could change it to an in- store card…told e-card department would call me back…never happened… so now the e-card will be used and you’ll be out the ‘spur- of -the- moment additional purchases. Wish you guys would have called me back
