Top tier quality beef

This particular cut is difficult to find a reliable source for and I prefer them over the 3 bone dino rib. These exceeded my expectations. Very good quality beef and it shines through in their flavor. Smoked these for about 7 hours today on my offset and they were fantastic. Highly recommended
