Faulty goods and refund problems

The red pair of shorts in this pack arrived with a ladder in the material at the back, ending in a little hole. The material is already very thin so it will rip further very quickly when worn by an active child. After contacting customer service I got a £2.75 refund for the defective goods. I paid £11 for the 2 pack, really poor customer service.
