Value for money and wish the extension is little longer to reach further unreachable space under the bed. Where do we post the guarantee form to ? Is there an online digital guarantee form filling up feature ?

Battery

The average usage time is about 15 mins for a fully charge battery. It gets shorter over time. I have enquired if you sell spare battery during the purchase but no one gets back to me on this. It is also not available on your website. Would you consider including the battery in the spare items list. It will be much more convenient for us user. Thanks.
