These predatory mites are the only magic bullet to get rid of thrips. I'm so thankful Gold Leaf sells them! I think they're the only store in Southwestern Ontario that does. So if you have a lot of plants, it's so worth the drive to pick these up. So many of my beloved plants have been saved with these tiny little warriors!! Some tips that have really worked for me: Buy more than you think you need. Eg. For large monsteras, I use 4 sachets per plant and for plants with known infestations of thrips, I use more than one. Treat every plant in your house, even if it has no signs of pests. If you see one thrip, assume they're on every plant. After 1 month, I buy another round for all my plants and start the process again. I usually do this 3-4 months in a row. Even if I don't see any more adults. All it takes is one to live a bit longer than the others. The thrip life cycle is long from larvae to adult so you have to be consistent. But it will pay off!
