The order contained a live orchid and was stuck in a California post office. After one week with no change, I tried contacting the seller three times over the following week, with no response (email, Shop app, and by phone). At that point I contacted PayPal and asked for a refund. They opened a case in their resolution center, and surprise!, Orchids for the People responded within a few hours. The seller asked if I wanted them to reshot it or a refund. I said refund. I received no further contact from them and no refund. About 5 days later I get a notice that my package is out for delivery. It appears to be the original box with an orchid that had been in the dark for 12 days and was bone dry. I will probably survive. I’ve ordered orchids and other plants by mail for over 40 years and I know what good service looks like. This is not it. They should be embarrassed.
