Product is great, service was not

The first rugs we bought weren’t quite right, so we returned and exchanged them for a different style. The process for returning, exchanging was not easy. and 3 weeks later we’re still waiting for the 2nd rug to arrive. It just takes too long!

the pad that gors underneath is significantly smaller than the rug, which is both ridiculous and creates a tripping hazatd
