Charm Bar-Initials

flawed and no response.

I bought 6 charms. 1 was flawed and 1 was not as pictured on the website. Three initial charms total and one doesn’t match the others. It would be nice if they would have matched as pictured, but oh well. The flawed one has a large enough to be noticed scratch/dent on the front. Disappointed. I emailed within 24 hours of picking up my order with no response- it’s been 4+ weeks.
