There are a lot of things to talk about the seat. First it has many adjustable parts so that I can make it comfortable for me. Second the seat supports me evenly. I believe it contributes to blood circulation as I can feel my overall health and wellbeing better. The seat is so accommodating that I feel comfortable and supported whatever posture I do: whether legs crossed or back lean to one side. Next the adjustment handles are easy to reach, easy to adjust while all integrated with seat design so that the handles don't look intrusive. Then the material and build is high quality, minimal sound when I sit on it, leaning back, twisting around. It's quiet and sturdy. It worths the money
