Sit Back and Relax offer a service where they deliver you a trial chair, so you can try the product for a meaningful period of time before you decide what to do - just like test driving a car (for a week!). I found that incredibly helpful - buying a HermanMiller chair is a significant financial investment, and Sit Back & Relax facilitate you being able to make that decision in an informed way, via their trial option. That’s the difference buying from an authorised distributor, rather than online stores which might offer a (small) discount on the sticker price of the chairs.
