Excellent and Disappointing

I am writing to provide a review of my recent purchase of the Santal Woods collection, which has been excellent and disappointing. I am extremely happy with the quality and fragrance of the diffuser, room spray, and oil. They are all wonderful products that I will continue to enjoy. However, the candle has been a significant disappointment. Despite being a premium-priced item, it lacks any fragrance when lit, which is the primary purpose of a scented candle. I have only lit it for a short time and the lack of scent is comparable to a very cheap, unscented candle. As someone who frequently purchases high-quality candles, this experience is completely new to me. I would like to inquire if this was a defective item or if this is how the candles in this collection are intended to be. Given the price, I am considering requesting a refund and sending the candle back. I am hoping for a solution to this issue and not just an apology, especially after the frustrating process of purchasing the items due to the website not functioning well. Please let me know how we can resolve this. .
