Wonderful Machine. Had a press some years ago. Sometimes if the clothes come out of the dryer rather wrinkled, the size of the platform leaves some of the wrinkles - But a quick roll over with an iron takes them out after using the press. This more user error than anything else. Steaming will reduce the overall heat, however example: For heavy duty work pands made of cotton I just set the setting to linen. After steaming the temp is just right for getting a good crease. I work a manual / customer service roll. So far as I can see, I am the only one that comes in with creased pants. Haaaa - and the crease lasts all day even when I roll around through shelves pulling product. Having well creased and ironed clothes is a visual form of respect for the customers, my employer and Myself. I have never received a complement, but have noticed eyes rolling down noticing my clothing appearance. My assumption - it also helps customer interaction. Just what I needed.
