Love my custom stamped Necklace!!

Went into Lori & Co. in hopes to find a necklace with my daughters initial on it. I was greeted by the sweetest employee and she helped me. I found the one I loved but it wasn’t there with the initial, so because there was no one else in the store at that very moment, she ran to the back and made me a custom stamped Initial necklace right there! It’s the perfect keepsake & layering necklace and know it won’t tarnish as I have other jewelry from here as well! Thanks again Lori & Co!

Customer service is amazing!

I loved my product but unfortunately the chain had broken and the pendants dont fit on my partners other chain. I have yet to get in and get it rectified, however I was told to come in and it would be taken care of :) I haven’t had the time to get in, but I was responded to very shortly after messaging with my concern
