Hayati Lace With Chiffon Overlay Gown

Loved it but the only thing bad about it it’s a little bit tight on me.

When I purchased this dress it never said it was final sale. I contacted Urban Modesty and they said I cannot return it because it was final sale. However they did say I can exchange it which I tried but no one responded to my email or phone calls after that.

Was very excited to order from the company however I paid $50 for next day air shipping and the item was shipped via ground. Did not receive item in time. I sent multiple emails and contacted via text customer support with no response until after item was shipped. Was not given a refund for their shipping mistake instead was told a $20 gift card would be issued however that was not included in the email. Item is beautiful however the sizing runs small. Disappointed.
