As a small electronics company I fully trust Hand Held Legend to provide high quality materials for any repair/mod.

Update: Support was helpful and replaced original order LCD at no cost, screen works as expected this time. However the protective film on the display side is still very difficult to take off and would almost not know it's there with no pull tabs and being extremely delicate to not damage the screen and polarizing film underneath. -- Did not work. Replaced a cracked LCD from another switch, everything clearly worked only screen was broken. First attempt there were no immediate tells that a protective film had been used and came with a large "C" imprinted on it, screen only lit in a doughnut shape but nothing visible. Upon inspecting the screen, there appears to be a film to remove, but there is no easy way to do, with no traditional tab to pull from. This removed the large "C" print. Attempt 2 had the same issue as the first only a doughnut shape of light in the middle.
