So I'm that parent who bought a kid an air vest but didn't think to buy replacement canisters, and then the thing activated (and worked perfectly, fwiw) at 5pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend, days before we were supposed to leave for a 4-day jumper show out of town. Nowhere within 100 miles of me carries the replacement canisters (I learned, not happily). I messaged Farmhouse Tack over the weekend asking if there was any possible way to get a canister overnighted - having seen the protection the vest provided, I didn't really want her in the jumper ring without it.. Despite the holiday weekend, I got a quick reply followed by a phone call, and the canister was in the mail at the crack of dawn when mail resumed after the holiday via FedEx overnight. My husband met the FedEx truck and ran the package out to the trainer, who got it to us in time for her first class. Thank you, Farmhouse Tack, for going way above and beyond.
