My experience was unique. I accidently purchased my rings. I was trying to decide between 2 different bands and a ring. While going back and forth from the cart, I was also looking at the price of course. I did not realize my shop pay app had connected and I wanted to view my payment options on the 2 ring option. When I clicked payment, I was not aware the shop pay was connected automatically. So I bought 2 rings. I immediately emailed the jewler, and he responded. He told me he would be happy to help me, he sent CAD files of the rings and dimensions of both sets. He offered a discount, and expedited shipping for me due to my wedding being a week later. My ring arrived 1 day after my wedding which is fine, it is the thought that counts for me, and if I would have decided on the ring a day or two sooner, it would have been here by the wedding. The owner/jewler stayed in contact with me the whole time. To be in the U.S and buying out of the country in India, can be worrisome with the way scams have gotten so common in today's world. But, the kindness, and effort, as well as the day to day contact the jewler kept with me regarding my concerns, wishes, and wants.. I could not have asked for a better experience!! I will be purchasing from here again. 10/10 experience rating! Plus! My ring was absolutely beautiful!! It was EXACTLY what I was wanting and looking for. I tried on many many rings at local jewler in town but the mixing and matching and prices just didnt add up to he settling with me. I found this jewler and his store and I combined things I saw i liked in rings I tried on and he had rings of those combinations! It was amazing. So, I took a chance on it and I am beyond grateful I did !!
