Hight disappointed with the lack of customer service!

I would caution anyone buying from The Wall Art Club. I made three separate attempts to contact the supplier about an exchange/ return via social platforms, the web chat and admin email provided on the website. I’ve had no response to my query still to this day- 17 Days since I made my purchase. Whilst failing to find a customer phone number, I came across several other reviews from customers who has also experiencing no communication after getting in touch with The Wall Art Club over faulty items and refunds. Safe to say I personally will not be using this service again.
