The quality is fine, customer service is lacking
The quality of the products are great but the customer service is not great. I requested a refund or exchange before Christmas and they didn’t respond until after refusing the refund for the wrong size sweatshirt ordered. Great products but I won’t be ordering from this site again.

It’s just okay. Not super soft. Lettering looks cheap.
