Personalised two location Prints

Absolutely love it! And that could pay extra to custom change the colors. Will highly recommend! But should've been sent in harder carton, a few marks on the papers. Trying to flatten it out!

Very happy with the prints. They are exactly as seen on Facebook. One set is framed and displayed already here in Ireland and the other set will go back to New Zealand to be displayed when I get home. Can recommend this company on the service they provide and the efficiency of delivery.

The service was very efficient, from the website for placing the order to the payment platform – everything was very straightforward. I had an issue with Italian customs, as they requested various details about the company sending the illustrations. Customer service was also very prompt and provided me with all the information I needed. My order arrived later than expected, but this was not Lotsy’s fault. The delay was caused by Italian customs and the postal service, who apparently couldn't understand the information provided in English! Thank you – I absolutely love my illustrations!!!
