Product as specified and tracing delivery excellent. Supplier provided exceptional customer service and communication. Disappointed I had to buy a complete new blower due to the hose being different size to older unit yet operates and looks exactly the same. Guess that's one way of forcing an upgrade. Doubt I'll buy Big Boi after this one fails.
