Doubleface Anthracite DidyKlick Half Buckle by Didymos

This is "the one that got away" but I am so glad to have hosted it through TBYB . It's So soft, lightweight, and the neutral colors make it look so elegant when worn. the straps are long, but I started to get used to it. It's so comfortable as a petite wearer with petite babies.

This was our first Try Before You Buy and we loved it so much we had to keep it! My wiggly 13 month old wasn't convinced he liked carriers before trying this one. I thought If I could figure out a high back carry where he could see what was going on, I might could convince him to like going on walks with mama or being on my back while I worked around the house. We tried a woven wrap, but it turns out that it is hard to learn to back wrap with a toddler who doesn't want to be on your back at all. I'll be coming back to that skill with the next baby, but the didyklick has been the perfect short term solution. I love the wrap straps for how supportive they are - they distribute his weight so well across my whole chest and upper body. We have since tried a few Onbuhimos and they haven't been great for us, because I have a shoulder that bothers me from time to time and the waistless carriers definitely aggravated that injury. But the didyklick feels weightless! I also love that the pseudo wrapping is giving me confidence in jumping back in to learning wrapping, now that he is a little more comfortable with riding on Mama's back. We live in a neighborhood that doesn't work well for strollers. I didn't realize how much I missed getting out to walk in the neighborhood until the didyklick made it possible again after 13 months ❤️

Great comfy carrier!

Tried this one in the tbyb program as I’m in the market possibly for a half buckle for my youngest. It’s super comfy, the fabric is definitely nice and light too. Loved the flexibility for different finishes, and nice to see the two tones in this!
