This is a nice size when you don’t want to carry a large purse. It holds the necessities. The only negative is that the strap doesn’t stay as short as I want it too. It constantly slips. Aside from that I like it and think it is well made

The Aubergine color and ideal size of this Hale bag make this a wonderful day and night out bag. The braided detailing is intricate and beautifully crafted, ensuring it will hold up for many years. The deep color makes it transitional for black, navy, and dark brown. My only bug-a-boo is that the back pocket is not large enough for my phone, so it has to go inside--it's a tight squeeze. Otherwise, the bag is Goldilocks.
