La Belle Etoile Cotton French Puff Dress

It's a gorgeous piece but the size chart is still a bit off. I followed the size chart to a T both with and without a bra and the dress is still tight enough for seams to pop when I first put it on. I have slightly binding bras I can wear as a slowly stretch out the cotton (benefits of getting the cotton dress) but considering I followed what I was told to due wit the size chart and how much I paid I do need to dock a point for sizing
