I ordered these custom made as I’m a girl with Lipedema. The boots they sent me even with specific measurements did not fit and the stitching was very sloppy, the metal accents on the back were dented. it was just poor all around. I got in touch with the owner who agreed that the boots were off. offered to make me another pair. I waited, received them and they were still off. I asked to return for a refund and was told no, that they will make me another pair. It’s been months, they won’t respond to my emails or messages on instagram. $240 wasted for boots I cannot wear despite giving all the correct measurements. This has been such a discouraging situation.

Such poor quality I’m pretty disappointed especially for the price
