Haven't worn it at work or in weather, but, initial reaction is that it's very comfortable. If it's made with the same care as the pants, I'm sure it's performance will be outstanding!

M3 Woobie Hoodie
I bought the Snow Camouflage version of this hoodie and love it. It’s just as advertised - lightweight and comfortable. I also like the unique design. Great item!
