I have been using Boom Gels for many years since I picked one up along the route at the Monumental Half. I was never a gel person at the time. Six months later I was doing a long run in prep for the Flying Pig Half with 4 miles to go, I had brought the gel with me for some reason that I might need it. I did, as I ws struggling. My last 3 miles were the best I had done training for the Pig. I was amazed. I went out that day and found a store the had them and loaded up! I have been using them ever since! they are easy on the stomach, and the flavors are great. I am now hooked on the Apple Cinnamon & Raspberry. My only wish is that there was local distribution in my are. However, the website is easy to use and shipping is fast.

Great product

Been using this product for years for running events. Especially like the Apple Cinnamon flavor. The incorporation of real food makes it more palatable than most other gels.
