JANE Synthetic 22” Straight Ponytail

product seems ok, although disappointed in the customer service. 4 weeks for dispatch of my order, i needed to chase it twice. Then got delivered the wrong product. It was not the colour i ordered or paid for. Now no response when asking for an exchange.

Hi team, I wanted to check this order is actually the Cooper colour. I am a natural red head who gets my hair coloured occasionally in a copper/blonde colour so I looks very natural red head. This cooper in this ponytail is very brown. My daughter is a brunette and this is almost a perfect match for her. I am wondering if this it the right one. The code is #6. It might be correct and just a very brown/copper, versus blonde/copper. Are any of your other pony tails or wigs more natural redhead? I dont want to return it, as I got it on sale. But just wanted to check this is actually your copper and there hasn't been a mix up. Thanks team Alicia Lykos
