Would highly recommend to anyone but particularly for parents with young children. I have purchased a few shampoo bars now and when I wash my hair it feels waxy and I wasn't too sure but when my hair was dry my scalp and hair feels so much cleaner and I don't need to wash it so much. I have also notice my scale is less itchy which is great!
