I have been using this oil for over a month and have felt some reduction in hairfall. Although the sidr soap is the recommended shampoo, I have tried the black shampoo soap (I think it’s for men but worked for me better as a women) I have oily fine hair and it just feels like it has helped me more, so test different to see what works for you
