Good general program
Great introductory program for cricketers who know their way around the gym, have a decent understanding of olympic lifts, but would like to sprinkle some exercises in training relevant to their cricket. Setup is simple but effective, with 2 lifting days and 2 athletic days. Both sessions can be done within 60 minutes. With some thought, the athletic exercises can be done during your normal team training sessions, so this can be run as an in-season and off-season. I like how the athletic days give a bit more focus on unilateral skills, plyo stuff and general athletic skills as those are often overlooked in club training. The only downside, is that I would have liked to see more core strength (during warm for example) and anaerobic/sprinting exercises.
