Finally. A comfortable UV protection shirt.

Finally. Someone made a UV-protection shirt that a person can actually wear in summer. Previous purchases were SO HEAVY and felt like wrapping yourself in Saran wrap; I was so uncomfortably hot in my old UV shirts. They did not breathe. So, my new KETL Mtn shirts are a god send. I liked my initial purchase so much that I now own six, or seven. So breathable, so light, and such soft fabric. I do not feel like I am being punished for my recent sun sensitivity. I am in my early 60s. So, for most of my life on the water, on the beach, or working as landscaper, I was wearing hardly any, or none, sunscreen. (It simply was not a thing we thought about in the 1970/80s.) I now find myself diagnosed with Solar Purpura, IYKYK. Take it from me, you do not want it. I also have had Melanoma that I successfully treated. Wear your sunscreen kids!! And also wear these amazing shirts! I have not had a chance to tear one, yet, and I love knowing I can send one back for repair. I love repairing things and keeping them out of the landfill. I LOVE my new shirts!

My favorite long sleeve shirt. Everything I love about the short sleeve version with more sun protection and versatility alone or as a base layer.
