Good customer service

I was initially a little disappointed with the gilet when it first arrived even after shaking as advised it still seemed rather flat & see through (being the ivory version). I emailed customer service team who replied very quickly & suggested tumble drying (or change for another colour or refund). This did seem to help & I am now happy with the garment & will buy another in a darker colour. Thin, warm & good length as stated in other reviews. Very impressed with service team.
