Very disappointing experience. Refused to exchange Icebreaker base layer leggings due to sizing, incorrectly classifying them as “underwear” despite no such labelling, hygiene seal, or clear return exclusion on the website. Customer service was rigid and dismissive. Would not recommend.

I have purchased some products from NM online. An error by the postal services lead to return of the parcel to the sender. NM responded to my email query promptly. Mark from NM has going out of his way to remedy the problem. The package is on its way to me. Very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to order products again.

Perfect fitted base layer

Superbly comfortable and fitting without being overly tight or sagging! Will be my go to pair over another well known brand. Efficient service-many thanks
