Very satisfied with this scooter. The Twin is awesome. Great build quality, the acceleration is fast, and the customer service team were super responsive with all my questions before I made my purchase. Shipping to N. California was less than a week. I wasn't sure if I should go for the solid or air-filled tires on my daily city streets commute. I chose the Twin for easy maintenance and dependability and I'm really happy with my choice. It's a tradeoff but the extra wide tires are grippy and the suspension is fantastic and easily dampens most of the bumps and holes in the road. And I won't have to worry about flats either. One charge a week is plenty to get me through my 5-day commute so far. Had a small issue with a temperamental single/dual motor switch but Splach said they would send me a new one so I’m happy.
