Very disappointed with communication at the bottom of the sight it has a form which states you can message them which i did but have had no response , and also you can change your order on the chat to the left of the form .? which i have yet to find. I will not buy from them again and would send the order back if my grandaughter hadnt ask for it for christmas.

My new horse, Cynthia, deserves to be thoroughly spoiled. She looks so lovely and cosy is her gorgeous rug!
