Terrible experience
Not first time ordered from tisento web site.
But in this time, everything was bad.
Delivery to Estonia 14 days.
Ring 12265ZI has deviation. One stone is missing.
Support not answered 3 working days.
After phone call was promissd to provide instructions how to replace defective Ring to new one. But still not recieved anything. Very sad with the after sales service.
