I connected with Krokers team last month for my shoe issue. With just one pictures they were able to access the damage and provided me an alternative and also upgrade. I loved the new River Ops have been out of waters and it feels amazing walking light. Krokers has a wonderful world class team. I am a big fan of their products and an advocate of their products too. I got the River Ops Boa in December. Have now had them for 8 months and absolutely love them!! I feel so confident in them. They fit better than any wading boot I have had and are so solid in the water. I have absolute confidence in them and they are the most comfortable boot that I have ever owned. The felt bottom is like glue to slippery rocks.
