Birth Flower Name Necklace

I know it's my fault and I'm sad that the name was written in all Caps. It is beautiful, but I'm not happy with the way it looks. I like the more dainty look of the displayed product. I thought your system with put the name in Caps when I entered it or the system would auto correct when engraving. Can I send ours back for a replacement. It was for my daughters 17th birthday.
