The rod is great... The service policies not so much!

I am new to BFS fishing, so I was a little confused with what to order. When I realized a different rod would fit my needs better, I tried to change my order. They wanted to charge me 15% of my original purchase price to do so even though my original order hadn't shipped! That is outrageous, and it cost them a good customer in the future. I have since ordered 2 rods from Asian Portal, and I will stick with them in the future. They actually care about their customers.
