Love the shoes, I just can seem to keep the footbed from sliding out of the shoes when I wear them......

May have been shipped a different finish, as mine showed up natural leather, so they will age nicely. I almost returned them, as they were a bit too snug. Socks were a no go. Then i realized i could just take out the bootbed. They now fit perfect and feel great. More barefoot feel too, which i prefer anyways.

Ring Mule not what I ordered

I have sent a note to Quoddy stating the Ring Mule : Capetown Trail, Brown was different in appearance from the image of the Mule pictured. I have received a reply to my first note explaining the reason for the different color leather and leather surface. The Mule I received looks exactly like the Mule pictured right next to the Capetown Mule I expected to receive. It seems like an order filling error. I have been offered a refund if I return my mushroom colored Mule. Reboxing the product and mailing it back to Quoddy during the holiday season or later requires effort I don't think I should be required to perform. I will keep what I have and if friends ask about my choice, I will just say it was not what I ordered.
