Great Quality; tight fit

I am not sure I have ever had a better quality shoe . The leather is outstanding, great cushion, and the craftmanship is top notch. This is a custom-made shoe, unfortunately you cannot return it. I found the fit runs small in width, not what I have found in a typical D width. I contacted customer service and they offer a stretching process.; you send the shoes back and they have the craftsmen heat and stretch the shoes. It helped but not enough. So you may want to consider ordering a wider shoe than you normally do. Will I order from them again? Absolutely, but in a wider width. I love their story, quality, and heritage. This is a great brand to have in your closet.

Perfect fit for hard-to-fit foot.

These shoes were definitely worth the wait. My foot is very difficult to find good-looking, comfortable shoes and these fit the bill. I'm already looking at other color combinations to start another order.
