Perfect for weighted pool stairs

Used with some high strength Velcro webbing and attached about 40lbs of river rock to two bags on my pool stairs. I’ve been searching for something like this that especially has the full webbing all the way under the bag. Don’t go cheap low quality bags from other online places. These worked great. No metal on them at all. Seems high quality.
