Hydra Odor Neutralizing Shampoo

The product itself is great. The company sent me two shampoos. I contacted them, sent them the invoice. I called them. I emailed them and they told me that they would send out a conditioner for me which I did order and a shipping label. Shipping for me is 40 km away and I'm extremely busy dog groomer. I don't have time to return products to companies that send out the wrong products. I am very disappointed in this company and to boot after I told him to just charge me for it. They did charge me for the conditioner on top of two shampoos, a facial scrub and a dematting spray. Absolutely disgusted with this company do not order from them

Our groomer uses your products.....and our dog seems to enjoy bath time as a result.....hence our purchase.

This is my go-to shampoo for removing all farm odors from dogs and cats. It even helps with lessening the odor of residual skunk smell when other products/at home baths failed. I love how moisturizing it is also on those dry and sun damaged coats.
