I made a mistake in my order. I reached out immediately to correct the order. Customer service didn’t respond until days after the product had already been delivered. I am disappointed in the customer service.

Lemmongrass & Clove...NOT Extra Strength Deodorant

I purchased the Lemmongrass & Clove scent first. It's not in the Extra Strength group. I am still using that first stick (Lemongrass & Clove). I REALLY like this deodorant. It checks all the boxes for me: It Works!; great scent; and very respectful of the environment in the container's afterlife. I do wish the company would come up with a solution to the problem I had getting this product started. I literally, try as I might, could not "push up". It wouldn't budge! I emailed JnL and Jenn responded almost immediately (I like that) and suggested microwaving the stick for 5 seconds, and if need be, a few more seconds. I did this three or four times. It still wouldn't budge. I ended up taking a pen knife and cutting about an eighth of an inch all the way around the top so I could remove the strip and expose the product. This works fine, and I LOVE the product!

Good stuff

Deodorant smells divine. A little too hard to apply under arms because the stick is hard.
