Great customer service

Almost every coffee I've purchased has been very good. I like coffee to be medium or medium light, and almost everything has been roasted as described. I recently purchased, I think it's Main Street? And it was super dark even though it was supposed to be medium. Even though it probably would have tasted good for somebody who likes a dark roast, it was too oily to put into my fully automated DeLonghi. I contacted Stone Street and they responded right away and send me a new batch that was much more of a medium roast. Customer service has always been prompt and very friendly.
