Failed stitching

I love the pattern but there is compromised stitching on the front center seam of the leggings. I wore them twice and saw the stitching start to separate. As well I am seeing the same failed stitching on my Wild Canvas Blue/Yellow pair of leggings. I have several other pairs of Loony Leggings which you can see from my account so I am disappointed to see two pairs have the stitching falling apart.
